The office of Dr. Raymond Skowronski, Jr., is a private practice
dental office. We do not allow insurance companies to dictate quality of
care or decide what your treatment should be for your particular needs,
this allows for the focus to solely be on you and your concerns.
Dr. Skowronski's team is happy to complete dental claim forms and submit
them to your dental insurance carrier. Your estimated co-pay is
requested on the day services are rendered.
Please remember that dental insurance is a contract between the
insured's employer and the insurance carrier.
The patient bears final responsibility should their carrier not pay for
any reason.
Finance
We understand that dental treatment can be an investment and as a
convenience, we offer a variety of payment options including cash,
personal check, all major credit cards and Care Credit®. Please feel
free to contact a member of Dr. Skowronski's team to confidentially
discuss those payment options.
